UV 3D Embossed Printing on PU Decal is the perfect combination of high-quality Polyurethane (PU) heat transfer film and digital UV printing technology. Instead of printing directly onto the adhesive film, the printer sprays multiple layers of UV ink onto the PU film surface to create a 3D embossed effect and a glossy varnish finish. After printing, the PU film is die-cut along the logo outline and heat-pressed onto garments, resulting in a prominent, sharp, and highly flexible badge.

Common Applications
- Must turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the UV 3D details from direct friction with the washing drum or other rough surfaces.
- Wash with cold water or at room temperature (below 30°C), preferably hand wash or use a gentle machine wash cycle.
- Absolutely do not use strong detergents, solvents, or bleach directly on the printed area.
- Do not tumble dry at high temperatures to avoid affecting the PU adhesive film structure and UV ink layer.
- Do not wring, scratch, peel the edges, or directly fold creases over the embossed details.
- Absolutely do not iron directly onto the surface of the embossed logo (only iron from the reverse side of the garment or avoid the printed area entirely).
